Hireovo operates a job board. We process account, application, and usage data to run the service, prevent abuse, and improve hiring workflows.

Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you opt in via the cookie banner. Necessary cookies support security and basic site function.

When you apply we process your name, email, optional phone number and cover note, resume, application status and any assessment answers and results. We use these to operate the application and review process. Resumes and application personal information are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 12 months. Security and audit records support abuse prevention, troubleshooting and accountability.

Sharing an application with an employer requires the separate choice shown on the application form. Employers that receive your information may process it under their own privacy practices. We do not sell resumes or application contact details to advertisers.

Service providers help us host the site, store resumes, authenticate accounts, deliver email and protect forms. These include Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Supabase and Resend. Optional usage analytics and error reporting use PostHog and Sentry. Processing may take place outside your location, including in the United States.

Advertising, when enabled, may use third-party cookies or similar technologies to select and measure ads. Google explains its use of data on partner sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Advertising is not enabled by accepting cookies alone. You can change optional choices using Cookie preferences in the footer.
