Application help

Include the job URL, the email address used for your application and the error message you saw. Do not email passwords, verification codes, identity documents or banking information. A screenshot with personal information removed can help explain a technical problem.

Report a listing

Send the job URL and explain what appears incorrect, expired or suspicious. If you represent the named employer, identify your relationship to the company and the correction you are requesting. We may need additional information before changing a listing.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe whether you want access, a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or removing application information. Cookie preferences can be changed directly using the footer control.
