- Close open questions on the same-day return instead of parking them, and record the decision on the paperwork held overnight.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in keeping courier paperwork complete the same day is required for this courier profile. A short record of finished work is enough.
- Practical skill with dockets and a run sheet in courier work, not a certificate alone.
- Able to explain how fast a missing item must be reported to a colleague who was not in the room.
- Careful with dockets left in a vehicle overnight; this is checked in review of courier work.
